Supplier visits will result in approximately 20% required travel with some international travel required.

Role summary
Lead all activities related to the Local Genuine Accessories Quality Approval, including the coordination of fitment trials, color matches, and corrective and preventive actions to support the Ports of Operation.

• Requests and coordinates fitment trials and color matches performed at the Ports of Operation to verify that all parts meet the applicable corporate requirements.
• Manages escalation activities with suppliers and Group personnel to implement necessary corrective/preventative actions for all parts installed at the Ports of Operation.
• Supports the Ports of Operation with quality feedback regarding installation instructions and parts packaging.
• Requests and coordinates group and external laboratory tests to ensure all parts meet applicable requirements; requests and coordinates Compatibility and Durability tests for parts evaluation and improvement.
• Directs communication with the Quality Specialists at the Factories and coordinates activities to support the accessories quality approvals.
• Coordinates the BeOn system use and training within the Accessories team (BeOn K-User).
• Evaluates first samples and coordinates all activities necessary for the Accessories Quality Approval through the validation of part dimensions, materials, and functions including verification of US Federal Regulations and Warranty Data.
• Approves first sample submissions in BeOn system.
• Performs supplier follow- up visits to address product concerns as required.
• Assists suppliers with the accessories launch readiness, including BeOn training and first sample submissions.
• Provides project management support to Accessories Technical Development, ensuring all parts are launched on time in accordance with the Corporate Guidelines and Processes.
• Monitors accessories field information for all releases to ensure the highest quality standards to exceed customer satisfaction.
• Performs TRL (Technical review of Supplier) Audits, as needed.
